There goes Jason.
I’m a natural explorer that gets intoxicated with newness. New ideas, lessons, experiences, people, conversations, situations, challenges, etc… I revel in the pursuit of happiness. In work and life, I’m constantly trying to improve myself and the world around me and hopefully I’ll be able to share some of the things I learn along the way.
I have several significant reasons for writing this blog:
- I enjoy writing, and creating art. Of all the mediums I’ve experimented with, I’ve found that through writing I’m able to come closest to sharing my vision with the world.
- Ever since my first significant struggles as an adolescent, I’ve developed a strong desire to help others who are going through the same things I’ve gone through. I am constantly re-framing lessons I learn in terms that would be widely understandable. This blog is a great medium for me to pass along some of my experiences and hopefully reach others who find my words helpful.
- In my vision of the world as it is, and as it will be, the ability to connect with others (either in person or electronically) is and will continue to be one of the most important skills a person can possess. Having an identity on the internet is a critical component to networking online, and so this is how I choose to establish my digital identity.
There are several topics and issues I care passionately about. Helping people find what they love in life is one of them. The pursuit of excellence is becoming another. And maybe most importantly, continuous learning and curiosity.
